Rumors in hushed tones have always spoken of dead men rising. More often than not, these are more than stories told to frighten and disgust. Whether it be by strange illness or uncanny arconautics, there have always been ways to cheat death on the Wildsea.

Corpsewrights are those who didn’t wait for legends to become real; they take the discarded remains of the once-living and give them new purpose. Theirs is a craft oft reviled. In every death, they see potential.
